About the discipline:

Table tennis is a game sport that has in its arsenal difficult - coordination technical strikes and movements. Intellectual, emotional, exciting game that develops and improves physical qualities, vision, self-control, concentration, development of analytical thinking, removal of chronic fatigue syndrome, psychological stability.

Practical classes include:

    Familiarization and training in all major technical strikes and basic movements in different styles of play (offensive, defensive, combined);
    Development and improvement of coordination abilities and physical qualities of the student;
    Organization and participation in competitions of different levels.

Additionally: once a week according to the schedule of the sports complex, classes are held in the table tennis section. Responsible Chichenova Oksana Nikolaevna.
