Basic regulations regarding the organization and conduct of classes with boxing, kickboxing, taekwon-do, martial sambo, judo. |

There is a need to develop students' abilities to maintain a sufficient level of physical and mental health, physical and mental capacity; to develop the basic life-necessary applied motor skills; to form motivation for physical activity and sports as a component of a healthy lifestyle;

What can be learned |
As a result of studying the educational discipline "Martial Arts", students will be able to: use the tools of boxing, kickboxing, taekwondo, combat sambo, judo in order to increase physical and mental performance, develop physical qualities. |
