Requirements before starting to study the discipline

In order to successfully master the discipline, students need to belong to the basic or preparatory medical group based on their state of health.

What will be studied

Basic regulations regarding the organization and conduct of classes with  boxing, kickboxing, taekwon-do, martial sambo, judo.

Why is it interesting / should be studied

There is a need to develop students' abilities to maintain a sufficient level of physical and mental health, physical and mental capacity; to develop the basic life-necessary applied motor skills; to form motivation for physical activity and sports as a component of a healthy lifestyle;

 

What can be learned

As a result of studying the educational discipline "Martial Arts", students will be able to: use the tools of boxing, kickboxing, taekwondo, combat sambo, judo in order to increase physical and mental performance, develop physical qualities.
