What will be studied

Basic regulations regarding the organization and conduct of classes in archery, gymnastics, dance and sports aerobics, shaping, tennis, table tennis, sports tourism, rock climbing.

Why is it interesting / should be studied

There is a need to develop students' abilities to maintain a sufficient level of physical and mental health, physical and mental capacity; to develop the basic life-necessary applied motor skills; to form motivation for physical activity and sports as a component of a healthy lifestyle;

What can be learned

As a result of studying the academic discipline "Complex-coordination" sports", students will be able to use archery, sports gymnastics, dance and sports aerobics, shaping, tennis, table tennis, sports tourism, climbing in order to improve physical and mental performance , development of physical qualities.
