Congratulations to the Polytechnic team on winning the Kyiv Futsal Championship
   Futsal team "Polytechnic" took the 1st place in the Kyiv Futsal Championship (League 2). The championship was attended by 27 teams divided into subgroups. The championship was unfortunately interrupted due to the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The boys had to change their role on the field to fulfil their civic duty. Some of them helped volunteers, others rescued their families and friends, and some took part in charity events and tournaments in support of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. I am more than sure that these difficult conditions helped our guys to unite and show such a good game in the final. The KPI team passed the final stage of the games without defeat: 5 games, 5 wins, and thus took 1st place among the teams of the 2nd League. It should also be noted that one of our guys, namely Oleksiy Bolbot, became one of the top three scorers of the championship.

   The team included KPI students: Vlad Kolosov, Oleksiy Bolbot, Danylo Kuzikov, Denys Kuzikov, Artem Ivashchenko, Dmytro Nagorny, Volodymyr Bogdanov, Vasyl Korolchuk, Ivan Oliynyk, Dmytro Shmalko; KPI graduates: Yevhen Telestakov, Anton Felemeniuk, Pavlo Pishta, Dmytro Sushkov, Oleksandr Shapovalov, Ivan Svichkarov, Hugo Ezentuke and Polytechnic Lyceum student Volodymyr Borozniuk.
