Basic regulations regarding the organization and conduct of classes in swimming, athletics-fitness, orienteering. triathlon.

Why is it interesting / should be studied

There is a need to develop students' abilities to maintain a sufficient level of physical and mental health, physical and mental capacity; to develop the basic life-necessary applied motor skills; to form motivation for physical activity and sports as a component of a healthy lifestyle;

What can be learned

As a result of studying the educational discipline "Cyclic sports", students will be able to learn to swim and use the means of swimming, athletics-fitness, orienteering, triathlon in order to improve physical and mental performance, develop physical qualities;

How to use acquired knowledge and skills

Competences are formed in using acquired skills in swimming, athletics-fitness, orienteering, triathlon for the purpose of active recreation and leading a healthy lifestyle
